Annyeong Station,is a platform in our online infotainment section, for conversation, interaction and exchange. With a focus on Korean popular culture, this online space will periodically present K-lounge curated interactions with industry specialists and influencers.

In the fourth episode of Season 5 of the K-lounge section on Annyeong Station, we present an engaging conversation exploring the mass appeal of Hallyu - particularly across film and music sectors - its vibrancy and inclusivity as a genre. Our guest, Siddhi Konduskar—Producer and Founder & CEO of Kino House, a Korea–India creative production company, has been actively building cross-border collaborations in film and music between the two markets. Having worked across India and South Korea on diverse creative projects, including K-pop collaborations with groups such as NMIXX and Blackswan, Siddhi brings a unique insider perspective on the growing cultural exchange between the two countries. In a conversation moderated by our host Puja Talwar, she shares insights on the global rise of K-dramas and Hallyu and what it means for creators and audiences alike.

Siddhi Konduskar


Siddhi Konduskar Konduskar is a producer and Founder & CEO of Kino House, a Korea–India creative production company developing cross-border films, music collaborations and cultural IP between the two markets. She began her career at 18 in India, working in the video department at Rolling Stone India before moving into music production and Assistant Director roles across commercial and independent projects. She later worked at IncInk Records, where she led video and digital content initiatives.

As a Director, she has worked on music projects including Dil Na Jaaneya (in collaboration with Dharma Productions and Lauv) and Beparwahi for Sasha Tirupati, while also developing independent short films. After moving to South Korea and learning Korean, she worked across Korean companies and K-pop projects, conducting artist interviews and contributing to cross-cultural productions with groups such as NMIXX, TWS, Blackswan and AIMERS.

Today, through Kino House, she builds structured India–Korea collaborations across film, music and brand partnerships, while actively sharing practical insights for those aiming to build careers in the Korean entertainment industry.
