TOPIK II: 60 seats available
- Admission time: Check-in 30 minutes before the start of the test
- Candidates' supplies: Examination card, ID card, correction tape Valid ID: Passport, ID card, etc. (ID card that must include photo, date of birth, name, and expiration date)
Documents Required:
- Current passport size photograph (JPG file, under 200KB)
- Signature (JPG file format under 100KB)
- Valid ID: Passport, Adhaar ID card, Voter ID, etc. (JPG format under 200KB)
- The name in the ID Card must match the name that you filled in the registration form.
REGISTRATION DETAILS:
- Registrations is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants who submit the form early and ensure all details are correctly filled will be given preference.
- The registration form will remain open until the specified deadline. However, only applicants who receive a confirmation email from TOPIK Centre, Chennai (InKo Centre) will be considered successfully enrolled, therefore, filling out form does not confirm a successful application.
- Payment details will be shared only with confirmed applicants. Please note that any payments made by unconfirmed applicants will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Person(s) with a disability must provide medical certificate.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- The details in the form must be filled out correctly. Incorrect information will lead to the cancellation of the form. No wrong information will be accepted or corrected.
- Do not fill out the same form more than once or fill out the same form for two centres simultaneously; otherwise, your application will be cancelled. (No requests will be entertained.)
- If there is a discrepancy in the data filled in the application form with the information received in the payment forms (which will be sent later to the successful applicants), then that applicant'sregistration for the TOPIK will be cancelled.
- If a candidate has filled out the form but fails to make the payment by the due date, his/her application will be considered CANCELLED
- Please note that filling out the form doesn't confirm the application. Your application will be confirmed only if we send a confirmation email to you.
- No refund would be given in any case, especially if you have not received a confirmation from our side
- Kindly keep checking your emails from the very day your Google Form is submitted, as all responsibility will fall on you if you forget to check your emails and miss the deadline.
- Filling out the registration form more than once whether by using different email IDs, phone numbers, altered date of birth formats, or any other method is strictly prohibited and will resultin serious penalties. Such actions are unfair and may deprive other deserving candidates of theirchance, as registration is based on a first come, first serve basis. Kindly ensure only onesubmission per person with correct details
